By making a payment for any service through the App, you ("User", "you") agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. --- ## 1. Given the nature of chartered accountancy, legal, and compliance services, a significant portion of our work involves time, expertise, and and studies of your that matters. Accordingly, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below. --- ## 2. Eligibility for Refund ### 2.1 Full Refund You are eligible for a **full refund** if: - Your Service Request has been submitted and payment has been made, but **no work has commenced** on your request. - The Firm is **unable to deliver** the requested service due to reasons solely attributable to us (e.g., unavailability of the service). - A **duplicate payment** has been made for the same Service Request. ### 2.2 Partial Refund A **partial refund** may be considered if: - Work has commenced but is **incomplete**, and the reason for non-completion is attributable to us. - The service delivered is **materially different** from what was agreed upon at the time of the Service Request. The partial refund amount will be determined at our discretion, based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the refund request. ### 2.3 No Refund **No refund** will be issued in the following cases: - The service has been **fully delivered**. - Delays caused by **incomplete, incorrect, or late submission** of documents by you. - Delays caused by **government authorities**, regulatory bodies, or third-party agencies beyond our control (e.g., income tax portal downtime, MCA delays). - You choose to **cancel the service** after work has substantially commenced. - The refund request is submitted **more than 7 days** after the date of payment. - Services involving **government fees, challan payments, or statutory charges** — these are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government offices on your behalf. --- ## 3. Refund Request Process To raise a refund request: 1. **Contact us** within **7 days** of the payment date via the "Contact Us" option in the App, or by emailing **support@taxcrista.com**. 2. Provide your **Service Request ID**, **payment reference number**, and the **reason for the refund request**. 3. Our team will review your request and respond within **3 business days**. 4. If approved, the refund will be processed within **10–15 business days** to the original payment method,otherwise reject your request. --- ## 4. Government Fees and Statutory Charges Any **government fees, statutory charges, or third-party charges** (such as MCA filing fees, income tax challan amounts, GST registration fees, stamp duty, or ROC fees) paid on your behalf are **non-refundable**, as these are remitted directly to the relevant authorities. --- ## 7.
